                    Healthcare Administrator
Healthcare Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities: Health care administrators, also known as medical and health services managers or health care executives, coordinate the activities of medical organizations ranging from doctors’ offices to hospital departments to health care corporations. They create goals and the strategies for achieving them, and communicate this information to all employees. Because administrators tend to such business concerns as budgeting, scheduling, information management, marketing and internal communication, the medical staff can concentrate on health care. Administrators also ensure their facilities comply with all regulations and may represent their areas of responsibility at board meetings or public hearings.
Salary: They get paid about $88,580
Education:
A bachelor’s degree (four years) is the typical entry-level preparation needed for health care administration jobs. Some employers, however, will promote from within or hire other professionals with related experience (such as nurses) who are ideal for an administrative role because of their direct health care knowledge. For high-level executive positions, a graduate education (two to three years) is usually the starting point. This means attaining a MBA, or a different type of master’s degree, or a doctorate in health administration. Subspecialties are often available, especially in graduate programs. These include long-term care administration, health care services, or health information management. Prospective health care administrators should look for educational programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education. An accredited program has successfully gone through a process that ensures accountability and a commitment to quality improvement.
Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be a Healthcare Administrator because I don’t like what they do in their job and they also don’t a lot of money. and they have to go through alot of school and that not my thing.

A good name is rather to chosen then great riches.

this is true. Because if you have a good name people will like you like if your name was nice or something people would like you. People would think it is nice. or maybe good or something like that. But if you had a bad name like say they call you a bully. people would not like you. maybe even scared of you. people will ignore you. they would avoid you.and a good name is better then riches because a name can get you a good job and great riches cant.

If your so called friends urge you to do anything you know to be wrong, you be the one to make a stand for right, even if you stand alone. have the moral courage to be a light for others to fallow.
- Thomas s. Monson
This quote is true because friends make you do stuff that are bad. They always tell you to this do that. They always tell you drink this or steal this or smoke this or inject this. If you don't do it you will be different and doing the right thing. But if you do do it you will be choosing the wrong and not be different.

                                     Choice
Success is not an accident. Success is actually a choice. Are the habit you have today on par with the dreams you have of tomorrow.
- Alan Stein
This is true because you cant be successful just with like that. You have be successful when you are young. This will help because when you are getting older it will become easier for you  to become successful when you are older. And you have to have a dream to also become successful. Because if you have a dream you have a goal. all this is by making a choice. And that choice is doing the right thing if you dont you wont be successful.
