Obedience
When obedience becomes our goal it is no longer an irritation instead of a stumbling block it becomes a building block. 
this is true because when you have a goal. you have to start from nothing. but when you achieve the goal it is a block now and you make something out of it.And that goal is obedience. Being obedience is the goal to every thing. If you want to be good at you  job you have to be obedience.  If you ant to be good at a sport you have to be obedience. because if you have to listen to the couch you will be good. same thing with  the job you have to listen to your boss to be good at your job.
